Thread Lift and Fillers

This lady was treated with three pairs of permanent threads, which lifted the cheeks over the cheekbones, in the nasolabial area, at the marionette lines, the jowls and the skin fold behind the chin.
The treatment was performed in the office of Dr. Vandeputte during his training by Dr. J.P. Foumentèze, the inventor of the inserted sutures.
In persons with a slim to thin face, extra caution is necessary to avoid an excessively pulled aspect or visibility of the trajectory of a thread. Lifting does not compensate for volume deficiency.
Three months after the operation, deep injections of fillers were performed in the temples, on the cheekbones, in the cheeks, at the angles of the mandible (posterior aspect of jawline) and on the chin.
Age group: 50 - 54 years.
